That doesn't sound very pretty. Not much point for it really. If you want a similar sound you could use a bassoon, and a bassoon is easier to manage, I would think.
Tubas? Graceful? Hahahahahahaha.... But, then again... That one act in Winnipeg that had a tuba... the one where I stared in open-mouthed awe because I didn't know a tuba could do that... Was it Bela Fleck?
Sister, Everything was Bela Fleck. Just kidding, actually. Flecktones had the kickass sax guy, but the Tuba player was part of some Israeli mix band, I can't quite remember their name... but yeah, he definitely qualified as graceful. I have never heard a tuba do that before. It was like listening to figure skating or something. *nods*
