Ahhh, of course Pelk was spectacular because he has mastered the theatrical art of spectacle.

And mind you, the silver buttons on the vest were glittering under the floodlights, which is exactly why we light football fields.

Kudos to Alex for creating the vest that made this moment all the more possible and memorable.

Also kudos to God for cooperating with JenJenDen and framing her speech with a double rainbow.

And now we head towards our collective future, kids. Having graduated some exceptional theatrical talent, I'm curious and excited to see how the next generation (in high school terms) steps up to the plate.

Oh, and Pat, we're hoping to meet every Tuesday. a.m. does work better, since it doesn't conflict with evening rehearsals (CLC and Rails), mosquitoes looking for dinner, park and other curfews, late night drunk drivers and deer who forget to look both ways before they bolt onto the road.

However, I do think that if we have one successful gathering it will lead to another, and another, and before you know it, we'll be meeting all around the clock, 24/7.

Drama around the clock? Sounds.... interesting. Glad you found you're way here Albie. It's not much as of yet, but it's been less than a week in existence and we've already been discovered by someone that's not a member of the blog. Now all we need is to agree on a name...
